McCarthy Mentoring charges an annual fee for placement and program management which includes 20 hours of mentoring across 12 months (10 x 2 hour sessions). There are different rates for people working in corporate, government and not for profit organisations.
A mentoring relationship is one where a wiser and more experienced person assists another person to grow and learn.
