Mentors

We work with over 100 mentors around the world including people who have headed pharmaceutical companies, orchestras or government agencies. Often they have had numerous careers, in different sectors and countries. They have worked with boards, managed unions, media, customers and large and complex teams of people. Some have retired from executive roles and are company directors, others are still leaders in their field.

Our mentors offer support, strategic advice, inspiration and sometimes a reality check; most importantly they share our commitment to developing people.
